Welcome

Dear Patterson Road Families,

Welcome to Patterson Road Elementary School!  I am looking forward to a wonderful year here at Patterson Road School.  I hope you had a summer filled with time for relaxation and fun family activities. I love the beginning of school every year with its prospects of fresh starts, new experiences and endless opportunities for learning!

Our school hours are 8:00am to 2:15pm, Wednesdays 8:00am to 1:00pm. The campus will be open for students at 7:45am.

We believe that with parents and staff working together as a team, towards the same goal, every child will succeed. We must keep children first in all we do! A school-community with this common commitment will stand ready, willing and able to do what is needed for educating the children.

Throughout the school year, we will reach out to you and ask for support, suggestions and involvement. We will encourage you to join our team, our school family, and our fantastic PTA, where preparing children for the future is our number one priority. Through team work, open communication and a dedication to continuous learning, we will continue the fine Patterson Road tradition of being a school where children and their families are connected and part of a positive learning environment.

Once again, welcome back, and if you and your children are new to the Patterson Road community – welcome! I look forward to partnering with you and am confident this will be another terrific year for us all!

Sincerely,

Nikki Sorensen
